Pure Spanish Portuguese Andalusian (PSP)
Height: 15.2 hands
Color: Solid black
Pure Spanish Portuguese Andalusian (PSP). Her sire, Osado A was imported from Spain in utero and was pure Romero Benitez bloodlines. Her great grandsire, Adalid, was Champion of Spain and was bred to Spanish and Portuguese champion Lusitano mares in Mexico. This line, the Adalid line, was bred for bull-fighting in Mexico by Dr. Alvaro Lebrija, one of the premier breeders of fighting bulls in Mexico. Baronessa is an extremely athletic mare. She can do airs (capriole, corbette) when she has foaled days earlier and can easily kick and rear in her very late pregnancy. Besides having fantastic lift, extension, rear-end impulsion, and hock action, she has beautiful suspension -- something not all PSP’s have. She was third over-all in the 2004 Rocky Mountain Iberian Horse show in the Best Movement class consisting of mostly stallions. She took the Gold Medal Best Movement Award in the mare’s class. |

Breeding Stock Paint (1/4 TB)
Height: 15.1 hands
Color: Bay
“Magic” is a large, powerful breeding stock bay mare. She is out of a 90% foundation AQHA mare with Ribbon Page breeding. Ribbon Page is an AQHA champion known for producing youth horses. Her sire was a ½ TB paint used and shown in dressage. Magic throws large, powerful foals with lots of fire. Her foals by Brio have been used for dressage and jumping. Because she is only ¼ TB, there is no issue registering these foals with the Azteca registries.

82% foundation AQHA)
Height: 14.1 hands
Color: Zebra Dun
Lea is a great granddaughter to the famous AQHA Leo. She is 82% foundation, and a wonderful butterscotch dun color. Lea’s dam Triples Chocolet foundered while carrying Lea and did not move around during her gestation. As a result, Lea was born with very crooked legs. Laser surgery was performed on her as a foal. Though she is crooked as can be, she has never been lame and the proof is in her progeny. She has produced five very nice straight-legged foals. She is a small cutting type of mare with a short back. I like this for crossing with Iberians. She is one of my favorite mares as she always seems to produce foals much larger and better than herself. And, she has the dun gene factor which brings interesting colors into the mix. Her latest cross with Soloro has produced a stunning, very tall, silvery dun colt.
